Tracy,
Just wanted to pass on a note of appreciation based on Ryan's progress.
When we turned him over to you at the end of his sophomore year he was a soft, confidence lacking, injury prone and an underdeveloped big kid. He needed to develop a strong base which would resist injuries and most importantly, he needed to develop his confidence.
A year and a half later, he's 25 pounds leaner, has significantly increased his vertical jump and is much more confident. He's now dunking over kids who dunked over him before. He has had a complete body change going into his junior year, and once again going into his senior year. His strength and have improved tremendously, as has his ability to withstand the physical pounding a center/forward takes at a high level of play, particularly when he is double and triple-teamed by his opponents. His improved flexibility and agility have helped make him a threat away from basket. Finally, the devastating knee injury he suffered during his freshman year is now a distant memory. There is no more swelling or pain. He plays with power, confidence and a durability that we could never imagine.
Ryan has gone from a possible D2 athlete to a D1 major athlete under your training. And on a personal note, your accessibility and advice has been great.
I would recommend you to any athlete who is willing to do what it takes to achieve their goals.
