About

Iron Maven LLC was created to develop and promote the concept of physical health for life and sport.  The components of physical health are: body awareness, postural alignment, movement (mobility), and strength; they are necessary for optimal function of the musculoskeletal system.  Physical health is the cornerstone of basic human function and athletic performance.

Mission: To inspire and promote confidence, fitness and success through knowledge and mastery of physical health.

Philosophy:  Structure and function are mediated by movement.  Your structure affects your movement and over time, your movement affects your structure.  The effects can be positive or negative.  Deficiencies in any component of your physical health —lack of body awareness, poor alignment, limited flexibility, or an imbalance of muscular strength—eventually lead to sub-optimal function, pain or performance decrements.

Take charge of your physical health.  Know your body.  Move well.  Be strong.  Succeed.
